Refund Policy

The short version

Kashif's paid plans come with a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid charge. If you subscribe and change your mind within that time, ask us and we refund that first charge in full. After that, you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

The 14-day money-back guarantee

When you first subscribe to a Kashif paid plan, you have 14 days from the date of that first charge to ask for a refund. We refund the full amount of that first charge.

Pro costs $9 per month or $90 per year. Premium costs $30 per month or $300 per year. Whichever plan and period you chose, the guarantee applies to that first payment.

How to request a refund

To ask for a refund, email hello@kashifaudit.com from the address on your account, and tell us you want a refund of your first charge. The Stripe billing portal has no refund request, so email is the way to ask. We refund through Stripe to the payment method you used.

If you ask within the 14 days, we process the refund of your first charge. If you are past the 14 days, we cannot refund that charge, but you can cancel and keep access to the end of your paid period.

What is covered

The guarantee covers one thing: your first paid subscription charge, when you ask within 14 days of that charge. That is the payment we refund in full.

What is not covered

• Renewal charges. When your subscription renews for another month or year, that renewal is not refundable. Instead, cancel anytime and you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for. Nothing more is charged after you cancel.
• Plan changes. If you move to a more expensive plan, the charge for the difference is not refundable under the guarantee. If you move to a cheaper plan, you keep your current plan until the period ends, the cheaper plan starts at the next renewal, and we give no credit or refund for the difference.
• The free tier. The free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
• The 14-day free trial. The trial takes no card and creates no charge. Nothing bills unless you actively choose to subscribe, so there is nothing to refund for the trial itself.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription whenever you want, from Manage billing on your Plan page (it opens the Stripe billing portal) or by emailing us. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep your paid plan until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then your account moves to the free tier. Your saved audits and verified domains stay with your account. If you have more businesses than the free tier covers, the oldest stay active and the others are paused, not lost.

Prices and currency

Kashif prices are in US dollars, and we refund in US dollars. We serve businesses in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Jordan, so many customers pay with a card in another currency. When that happens, your bank converts the amount at its own exchange rate. The amount you get back in your local currency can differ from what you first paid, because the exchange rate may have changed between the charge and the refund. We refund the same US dollar amount you were charged. The conversion is handled by your bank, not by us.

How refunds are paid

Subscriptions are handled by Stripe. Chatwiser Inc. is the merchant of record, and your card statement shows "KASHIF". We do not store your card number — Stripe does.

When we issue a refund, it goes back through Stripe to the same payment method you used. How long it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer. That timing is set by your bank, not by us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we change it, we post the new version here with a new effective date. A change does not reduce the guarantee on a charge you already paid. The terms in place on the date of your charge are the ones that apply to that charge.
