Terms of Service
Effective 1 November 2026 · Last updated 1 November 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
Kashif is a service operated and billed by Chatwiser Inc., a Delaware corporation and a BottleTech company. Its address is 8 The Green, STE R, Dover, DE 19901, USA. These terms are an agreement between you and Chatwiser Inc. for your use of Kashif at https://kashifaudit.com. By creating an account or using Kashif, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Kashif.
If you use Kashif for a company or other organization, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.
2. Who may use Kashif
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
- You must give accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including keeping your password (if you set one), your email inbox, and any API keys you make safe. Anyone who can read your email can sign in to your account with an email link. Tell us at hello@kashifaudit.com if you think someone else is using your account or one of your keys.
- One person or organization is responsible for each account.
3. What Kashif does
Kashif is an automated website-audit service. You submit a website address, and Kashif checks the site and gives it a score with a list of things to improve. You can run a one-time audit, and you can set up recurring re-audits of a website on a schedule.
Recurring re-audits only run after you prove you control the domain. You do this by adding a DNS TXT record that Kashif gives you. Until the domain is verified this way, scheduled re-audits will not run for it.
Kashif reports are automated. They point out issues and suggestions, but they are not a guarantee about your website's security, search ranking, legal compliance, or performance.
4. Several businesses
Your plan sets how many businesses you can have in one account. Each business is one website you audit with Kashif.
If your plan changes and covers fewer businesses than you have, the oldest businesses stay active and the others are paused. A paused business keeps its past results and you can still read them, but Kashif runs no new checks for it and sends no alerts about it. If the pause lasts thirty days without a break, we also end its Search Console connection. When your plan covers the business again, it becomes active again.
You can remove a business at any time by typing its website address to confirm. Removing it stops checks, ends its Search Console connection and any links you made for a developer, and hides it. We keep its past results unless you ask us to erase them by emailing hello@kashifaudit.com. If you add the same website again, we bring the earlier results back. You will need to connect Search Console again, and to prove again that you control the domain if the DNS record is no longer there.
5. Acceptable use
You may only audit websites that you own or that you have permission to audit. Do not use Kashif against a domain you have no right to test.
- Do not use Kashif to break the law or to infringe anyone's rights.
- Do not overload, disrupt, or try to break Kashif, its servers, or the websites it audits.
- Do not try to get around limits, security, or domain verification.
- Do not resell or copy the Kashif service without our written permission.
- Do not use Kashif to store or send malware or illegal content.
If you break these rules, we may suspend or close your account.
6. Plans, prices, and payment
Kashif has a free tier and paid plans. At the time of writing the paid plans are Pro and Premium. Pro costs $9 per month or $90 per year. Premium costs $30 per month or $300 per year. What each plan includes is shown on our pricing page and in your account. All prices are in US dollars and do not include any taxes that may apply where you are.
We can change prices and what a plan includes. A new price applies to new subscriptions. If we raise the price of a plan you already pay for, you keep paying your current price until the end of the period you have paid for. We email you at least thirty days before the first renewal that would bill the new price, so you can cancel before it. If you do not cancel, the new price applies from that renewal.
Payments are handled by Stripe. Chatwiser Inc. is the merchant of record, and your card statement shows KASHIF. Chatwiser Inc. does not store your full card number — Stripe does. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms for the payment itself.
7. Free trial
You can try Kashif's paid features free for 14 days with no credit card. We can change the length of the trial or switch it off, and the length shown when you sign up is the one that applies to you. During the trial you get the features listed for the trial on our pricing page and enter no payment details. Nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends. You are billed only if and when you choose to subscribe and enter payment details yourself.
8. Auto-renewal and cancellation
A paid Pro subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period — every month for a monthly plan, every year for a yearly plan — at the price for that period, until you cancel.
You can cancel anytime from the Stripe billing portal or by emailing hello@kashifaudit.com. When you cancel, your subscription does not renew again, and you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for.
9. Changing plan
When plan changes are switched on, you can move between paid plans from the Plan page in your account. We may switch them off at any time, and you can still cancel as described above. The Stripe billing portal does not change plans.
- To a more expensive plan. You pay now. We charge the difference for the rest of your current period, worked out by Stripe, and the higher plan starts when that payment goes through. If the payment fails, you stay on your current plan.
- To a cheaper plan. You keep your current plan until the end of the period you already paid for. The cheaper plan starts at the next renewal and is billed at its price from then. You can undo the change from your account until that renewal. We give no credit or refund for the difference.
- From monthly to yearly. You pay now, the amount is worked out by Stripe, and a new yearly period starts.
- From yearly to monthly. You cannot do this during a yearly period. Turn off renewal in the billing portal, then choose a monthly plan after the period ends.
To cancel, open Manage billing on the Plan page. It opens the Stripe billing portal, where you can cancel at the end of your current period, change your card and see your invoices. You can also cancel by emailing us.
10. Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid charge. If you are not happy, ask for a refund within that time by emailing hello@kashifaudit.com, and we will refund it. The guarantee covers that first charge only. The Stripe billing portal has no refund request.
Renewal charges, charges for moving to a more expensive plan, and the difference when you move to a cheaper plan are not refundable. Instead, you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
11. Your content and our service
You keep ownership of the data you put into Kashif, such as the website addresses you submit. You give Chatwiser Inc. permission to use that data only to run the service for you — to audit the sites, produce reports, and re-audit on your schedule.
Chatwiser Inc. owns Kashif itself: the service, its software, its name and branding, and the format and design of the reports it produces. These terms do not give you any right to our software or brand beyond using the service as intended. You may use the reports Kashif produces for your own business.
12. AI tools, API keys and connected apps
If your plan includes it, you can let AI tools read your Kashif data in two ways. You can make an API key on the AI tools page, for tools such as Cursor or Codex. Or you can allow an app such as Claude or ChatGPT to connect to your account. We call that a connection.
- Read only. A key or a connection lets an AI tool read your businesses' names and websites, their scores, the findings your plan shows (findings your plan locks show only as a count), and links to your reports. It cannot start a check, change a setting or send email. It cannot see your billing, your competitors, your Search Console data or your Google business-profile results.
- Allowing a connection. The app sends you to a Kashif page. You sign in if you are not signed in, and you press Allow. Allow it only if you just pressed Connect in the app yourself. We email you when an app is connected. You can have five connections at a time, and allowing a sixth ends the oldest.
- How long a connection lasts. A connection lasts ninety days, and then the app has to ask you to allow it again. It ends sooner if the app does not use it for thirty days. The app works with short passes that last one hour each and renew by themselves while the connection lasts.
- Third parties under your control. Cursor, Codex, Claude, ChatGPT and other AI tools are run by other companies, not by Kashif. You choose to connect them. Once data reaches them, their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we do not control what they do with it. Text in findings comes from your website. An AI tool may treat that text as an instruction, so connect only tools you trust.
- Your keys. A key is shown once, when you make it. We keep only a one-way fingerprint of it (a SHA-256 hash), so we cannot show it to you again. You choose how long each key lasts, up to one year. Keep keys secret, do not put them in code you share, and revoke a key you no longer need. Anyone who holds a key can read what it can read until it ends.
- Ending a key or a connection. You can revoke a key or disconnect an app on the AI tools page at any time, or end them all at once. A key or a connection also ends when it expires, when you set or change your password, when you sign out everywhere, when your account is suspended or closed, when your plan no longer includes AI tools, or when we end it to protect the service. Signing out on one device, or pausing or removing a business, does not end them. You can have a limited number of live keys at a time, and requests are rate limited.
13. Privacy
How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. That data includes your account email, the website addresses you submit, the audit results Kashif produces, and basic usage and log data. Please read it to see what we collect and how we use it. By using Kashif, you also agree to our Privacy Policy. Kashif does not sell your personal data.
14. Service "as is"
Kashif is provided as is and as available. We work to keep it accurate and running, but we do not promise that it will always be available, error-free, or that its audits will find every issue or be right in every case. You are responsible for the decisions you make based on a report.
To the extent the law allows, Chatwiser Inc. gives no warranties beyond those stated here, including any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
15. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Chatwiser Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost business, arising from your use of Kashif.
For any claim related to Kashif, Chatwiser Inc.'s total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for Kashif in the 12 months before the claim. If you paid nothing (for example, on the free tier), that amount is zero.
16. Your responsibility for claims
You agree to cover Chatwiser Inc. for claims, losses, and costs — including reasonable legal fees — that come from your use of Kashif in a way that breaks these terms. This applies in particular when you audit a website you do not own and do not have permission to audit. If someone brings a claim against us because you tested a site you had no right to test, that claim is your responsibility. We will tell you about any such claim and let you take part in handling it.
17. Changes to Kashif and to these terms
We may add, change, or remove features of Kashif over time. We may also update these terms. If we make an important change to these terms, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date, and where reasonable we will let you know by email. If you keep using Kashif after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.
18. Suspending or closing accounts
You can stop using Kashif and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account if you break these terms, if it is needed to protect the service or other users, or if we are required to by law.
When your account closes, your access to Kashif ends. We keep your data only as long as we need it — to finish any open billing, to meet legal requirements, and as described in our Privacy Policy — and then we delete it or remove what identifies you. You can ask us to delete your data by emailing hello@kashifaudit.com.
If we close your account without cause while you have paid time left, you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for, unless the law or the safety of the service requires us to end it sooner. Any refund is handled as described in Section 10.
19. Survival
Some parts of these terms continue to apply after your account closes. These include Section 11 (Your content and our service, for ownership), Section 14 (Service "as is"), Section 15 (Limitation of liability), Section 16 (Your responsibility for claims), Section 20 (Governing law and disputes), and Section 21 (General terms).
20. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You and Chatwiser Inc. agree that disputes about Kashif or these terms will be handled in the courts located in Delaware, USA. This does not remove the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live, such as Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates or Jordan.
21. General terms
- Entire agreement. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and Chatwiser Inc. about Kashif, and they replace any earlier agreements about it.
- Severability. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stay in force.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a part of these terms right away, we do not give up the right to enforce it later.
- Assignment. You may not transfer your rights or duties under these terms without our written permission. We may transfer ours to another company — for example, if our business is sold — as long as your rights under these terms are not reduced.
22. Contact
