Terms of Service
Effective 10 September 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
Kashif is a service operated by Chatwiser Inc., a company registered in Delaware, USA. These terms are an agreement between you and Chatwiser Inc. for your use of Kashif at https://kashifaudit.com. By creating an account or using Kashif, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Kashif.
If you use Kashif for a company or other organization, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.
2. Who may use Kashif
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
- You must give accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including keeping your password safe. Tell us at hello@kashifaudit.com if you think someone else is using your account.
- One person or organization is responsible for each account.
3. What Kashif does
Kashif is an automated website-audit service. You submit a website address, and Kashif checks the site and gives it a score with a list of things to improve. You can run a one-time audit, and you can set up recurring re-audits of a website on a schedule.
Recurring re-audits only run after you prove you control the domain. You do this by adding a DNS TXT record that Kashif gives you. Until the domain is verified this way, scheduled re-audits will not run for it.
Kashif reports are automated. They point out issues and suggestions, but they are not a guarantee about your website's security, search ranking, legal compliance, or performance.
4. Acceptable use
You may only audit websites that you own or that you have permission to audit. Do not use Kashif against a domain you have no right to test.
- Do not use Kashif to break the law or to infringe anyone's rights.
- Do not overload, disrupt, or try to break Kashif, its servers, or the websites it audits.
- Do not try to get around limits, security, or domain verification.
- Do not resell or copy the Kashif service without our written permission.
- Do not use Kashif to store or send malware or illegal content.
If you break these rules, we may suspend or close your account.
5. Plans, prices, and payment
Kashif has a free tier and a paid plan called Pro. Pro costs 9 USD per month or 90 USD per year. All prices are in US dollars and do not include any taxes that may apply where you are.
Payments are handled by Stripe. Chatwiser Inc. is the merchant of record, and your card statement shows KASHIF. Chatwiser Inc. does not store your full card number — Stripe does. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms for the payment itself.
6. Free trial
You can try Pro free for 14 days with no credit card. During the trial you get Pro features and enter no payment details. Nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends. You are billed only if and when you choose to subscribe and enter payment details yourself.
7. Auto-renewal and cancellation
A paid Pro subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period — every month for a monthly plan, every year for a yearly plan — at the price for that period, until you cancel.
You can cancel anytime from the Stripe billing portal or by emailing hello@kashifaudit.com. When you cancel, your subscription does not renew again, and you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for.
8. Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid charge. If you are not happy, ask for a refund within 14 days of that first charge by emailing hello@kashifaudit.com or through the Stripe billing portal, and we will refund it.
Renewal charges are not refundable. Instead, you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
9. Your content and our service
You keep ownership of the data you put into Kashif, such as the website addresses you submit. You give Chatwiser Inc. permission to use that data only to run the service for you — to audit the sites, produce reports, and re-audit on your schedule.
Chatwiser Inc. owns Kashif itself: the service, its software, its name and branding, and the format and design of the reports it produces. These terms do not give you any right to our software or brand beyond using the service as intended. You may use the reports Kashif produces for your own business.
10. Privacy
How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. That data includes your account email, the website addresses you submit, the audit results Kashif produces, and basic usage and log data. Please read it to see what we collect and how we use it. By using Kashif, you also agree to our Privacy Policy. Kashif does not sell your personal data.
11. Service "as is"
Kashif is provided as is and as available. We work to keep it accurate and running, but we do not promise that it will always be available, error-free, or that its audits will find every issue or be right in every case. You are responsible for the decisions you make based on a report.
To the extent the law allows, Chatwiser Inc. gives no warranties beyond those stated here, including any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Chatwiser Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost business, arising from your use of Kashif.
For any claim related to Kashif, Chatwiser Inc.'s total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for Kashif in the 12 months before the claim. If you paid nothing (for example, on the free tier), that amount is zero.
13. Your responsibility for claims
You agree to cover Chatwiser Inc. for claims, losses, and costs — including reasonable legal fees — that come from your use of Kashif in a way that breaks these terms. This applies in particular when you audit a website you do not own and do not have permission to audit. If someone brings a claim against us because you tested a site you had no right to test, that claim is your responsibility. We will tell you about any such claim and let you take part in handling it.
14. Changes to Kashif and to these terms
We may add, change, or remove features of Kashif over time. We may also update these terms. If we make an important change to these terms, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date, and where reasonable we will let you know by email. If you keep using Kashif after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.
15. Suspending or closing accounts
You can stop using Kashif and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account if you break these terms, if it is needed to protect the service or other users, or if we are required to by law.
When your account closes, your access to Kashif ends. We keep your data only as long as we need it — to finish any open billing, to meet legal requirements, and as described in our Privacy Policy — and then we delete it or remove what identifies you. You can ask us to delete your data by emailing hello@kashifaudit.com.
If we close your account without cause while you have paid time left, you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for, unless the law or the safety of the service requires us to end it sooner. Any refund is handled as described in Section 8.
16. Survival
Some parts of these terms continue to apply after your account closes. These include Section 9 (Your content and our service, for ownership), Section 11 (Service "as is"), Section 12 (Limitation of liability), Section 13 (Your responsibility for claims), Section 17 (Governing law and disputes), and Section 18 (General terms).
17. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You and Chatwiser Inc. agree that disputes about Kashif or these terms will be handled in the courts located in Delaware, USA. This does not remove any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in the country where you live.
18. General terms
- Entire agreement. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and Chatwiser Inc. about Kashif, and they replace any earlier agreements about it.
- Severability. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stay in force.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a part of these terms right away, we do not give up the right to enforce it later.
- Assignment. You may not transfer your rights or duties under these terms without our written permission. We may transfer ours to another company — for example, if our business is sold — as long as your rights under these terms are not reduced.
19. Contact
